The framework
Rental terms
Documents required
- A valid, compatible driving licence (AM, A1 or A2 depending on the vehicle)
- A valid ID
- A proof of address less than 3 months old
Deposit
- A deposit is required, its amount varies by model
- A bank pre-authorisation is taken at handover
- Any charges (damage, cleaning…) are deducted from the deposit
Payment
- Bank transfer, card or cash (cheques not accepted)
- Payment in 3 instalments possible
- Secure online booking and payment
Cancellation
- 6 days or more before: full refund
- Between 6 days and 72h: 50% refunded
- Less than 72h: no refund (unless refund protection)
Return
- Vehicle returned with a full tank
- Vehicle returned clean (€20 cleaning fee otherwise)
- Condition check at handover and return
Assistance & breakdown
- 24/7 assistance across the island
- In case of breakdown, an emergency number is provided with the keys
- Replacement vehicle guaranteed if needed
